Introduction:
Welcome to Savvy Owl Soap Shoppe! My husband Geoff, and I started making our own
bath and body products in 2010 while living in a RV volunteering our time serving the
Lord with a Baptist Mission Agency. We are both born again Christians. We had retired
early, and I was having health issues at the time. Out of our desire for more healthy
living to improve my health; we started making our own products. It was a huge
learning curve and we read everything we could, and tested our products. Once we had
a good product formula, we shared products with our friends and family and before we
knew it, they were asking for more.
Next, we started selling at a local market in Sebring, just a couple of times of month.
Soap was next, it was a nice complement to our line. Soap became our passion. It was
so much fun to make and we could be so creative. In 2019 we started Savvy Owl Soap
Shoppe and it has been awesome adventure so far. Now you can find our products in 3
local businesses, and we are doing 2 markets every weekend in season and sometimes 3.
There is more to our soap than meets the eye. It is very important to us that not only
our soap look good, but the products we source, and use, are good too. We strive to
keep our products as natural as possible. Lastly, as of this writing we are working on
our certification into the Greener Life Club. As a member we are making a commitment
that our products are Bio Healthy, Animal Friendly, we are conscious of our Carbon
Footprint, and Fair Trade.
