Shipping policy

Our Shipping policy is as follows:   We Savvy Owl Soap Shoppe will process all orders in a timely fashion (3-5) business days. Any orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following business day (Monday).  Orders are never processed on a Sunday.  In the event of a USPS Holiday then orders will be shipped on the next USPS operating day.  All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) for a flat fee of $12.95. Once your package is ready for shipment we will send you a tracking number via text or the email you provided.  Some circumstances are beyond our control, if for any reason we cannot get your order out in 3-5 business days we will contact you and let you know.  You may contact us anytime with the exception of Sunday, on email:  savvyowlsoap@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns.
